We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 7:45 a.m. – 5 p.m.

SCHEDULING GOALS

Making your orthodontic journey an easy, and comfortable one is a top priority for us, so we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule when making appointments, but please understand that there will be times when you will have to miss work or your child will have to miss school.

Although most of your appointments are relatively short in duration, a few of the procedures required for your treatment take more time. In order to best meet the needs of most patients, we schedule these longer appointments during school hours and hold regular adjustment appointments in the early morning and afternoons.

Our office makes an effort to accommodate your busy schedule by having both early days and late days. These early and late appointment times are very popular and are reserved for patients who don't miss appointments and are on time.

We realize that there will be times when circumstances make it difficult for you to keep an appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice when you will miss or need to reschedule an appointment. This allows enough time for us time to see another patient at that time.

Your appointment is scheduled with enough time for us to comfortably make the adjustments specifically needed for your treatment. If you’re late, we may not have time to make those adjustments before the next patient arrives. We will most likely need to reschedule you for another time. Please be courteous to those patients who have appointments after you.

Since our schedule is busy, rescheduling you due to tardiness or a missed appointment will extend our goal for your treatment time. In some cases, repeated tardiness or missed appointments extends the overall treatment time by many months. Please try to keep your appointments and always be on time.
